This fair is very popular, and is permanently there, not a travelling one. It has stalls selling things, and lots of tents and a big game where you test your strength by hitting a target with the hammer and seeing how far the bell goes up. This hammer, though, is not for children and is very heavy to lift. Toph visited this fair when she scammed the owner of the game using Earthbending in The Runaway
